As a Father and a lifelong Stocktonian, I am invested in the future of Stockton and its' success. As a community servant I recognize the value and need of services to the community and the underserved population. As a champion of entrepreneurial trades that have become vital resources to our community and our City, I understand the importance of small business development and business stabilization. As a Stockton Planning Commissioner, I understand the value and the importance of research and data analysis when making the best decision for the community at large.

Every 10 years the State of California reviews the census data to redraw Congressional, Senate, Assembly and Board of Equalization districts to better represent the population of California.
Every ten years, local governments use new census data to redraw their district lines to reflect how local populations have changed. Assembly Bill 849 (2019) requires cities and counties to engage communities in the redistricting process.
